Meters to the Center, 2012

  Meters To The Center will be installed as part   of FLOW, a two-part environmental art   exhibition that will be on view during the   summers of 2011 and 2012 along the   shoreline at Randall's Island Park. The cast   concrete sculpture will form the same shape   and orientation as the RFK Bridge when   viewed from a satellite. This three-pronged   shape will comprise three numbers: the   distance in meters from the surface of the   earth to centers of the earth, moon, and sun.
